After our successful offline event “1000 CEO” in Ha Noi, more than 1000 opportunities to connect have been created, 200 in which was fruitful via Zeniius.

At the moment, Zeniius “genie” is running smoothly only on the iOS platform (albeit slowed down due to cable destruction), Android platform being finalized, website under construction, with only about 500 – 700 CEOs able to login successfully and the CEO SWAT model with more than 130 volunteer CEOs is in the “team formation” phase. Even then, the sparks created in our community the last 2 weeks have proven the huge potential in the connection of CEOs with maximized and appropriate operations.

After we join hands with the Hanoi CEOs, today, the first “CEO Project” has appeared in the community group CEO 1K!

BUSINESS CAFE CHAIN CEO 1K

This idea was generated by Ms. Mai Hai Yen in Ha Noi. It has attracted many CEOs contribution shortly after being published. The project’s aim is to build the most connective platform for assembling CEO in Vietnam.

Personally, I am in love with this project. Should we focus on the realization of this project with a fighting spirit, a CEO-only Cafe will be extremely special, not to mention a great place for CEOs to connect. (One of my partners in Saigon has successfully created a similar model, however, I personally believe with the prowess of our CEO community, the “CEO 1K Cafe Chain” project is going to be even more potential.)

Albeit the project is in its rudimentary stage, with Ms. Yen having to meticulously plan multiple aspects, I have created this discussion topic forum for those of you who might be interested to focus on developing this project. I am hopeful that after CEO K35 Community and K35 Joint Stock Company are established, we can continue to come up with lucrative and effective business models with each other’s help.

I warmly invite you to discuss below. Zeniius has a sharing feature which prevents information misplacement. It will help focus the powers of discussion and intellect by CEOs for long enough to produce results. I have screenshot previous discussion points made by CEOs in our community and saved them here temporarily, however, we should focus on commenting in this topic to prevent missing out on good ideas.

In truth, the business was self-created and had failed to achieve success with branding, therefore it could not continue with a new location. Customer retainment was nil. Still, I remain an entrepreneur, as such I was extremely excited seeing Ms. Yen’s proposal of the CEO1K Cafe Chain model! I would like to collaborate with the community on this project and hopefully will be able to contribute towards the development of the chain! In summary, my ideas are as follow:
1. Shareholders should only support and contribute ideas to Board of Management or Board of Directors, instead of participating directly in the operations of the cafe once business plans have been finalised.
2. Customer target: a must for management to be able to clearly profile the focus customer with respect to their identity, location, age group, sex, income bracket, education etc.
3. Business plans and detailed model of the cafe have to be finalized in the earliest stage. Brand recognition has to be uniform since the beginning as we are aiming to create a chain.

I should be able to share some experience and support the transformation of my own business into one of the shops in the chain. I expect to open another 2 – 3 shops. My business model is a cafe cum co-working space (“The Capital”) with a land area of 300 meter square.

What is our number one selling point?

I am thinking to connect with @Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu from Trung Nguyen Cafe. If possible, a collaboration with Mr. Vu will enable us to develop the CEO1K Cafe Chain nationally. I strongly believe Mr. Vu will be interested in this project.

Previously, I have imported coffee making & coffee sample from the USA for Trung Nguyen to set up their chain and signed contracts with @Mr. Vu and @Ms. Thao.
